The legacy of the contribution to American realism by the Wyeths is without question. Jamie Wyeth, son of Andrew and grandson of Newell Convers, carries forth his family’s artistic tradition, while interjecting his own personal style. His paintings have been shown extensively around the world, most notably a 1971 touring exhibition which featured his works alongside those of his father and grandfather.
